In most of the countries law degrees are awarded in the form of LL.B, which is generally a three year course after graduation. However, in India in addition to the three year law degree program, there is a Five Year integrated law degree offered generally at National Law Schools. In order to get enrolled for Five Year integrated law degree program one has to complete his twelfth standard and has to qualify the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

As we know overseas law degrees do not automatically give foreign nationals the ability to qualify as a solicitor or barrister in the United Kingdom.
