Call for Papers

The Lex-Warrier: Online Law Journal accepts entries under following sections in compliance with the editorial policy;

 

  • Research Articles: This section covers academic or scholarly paper which contains original research results or reviews of existing reviews or show case a totally new scenario in connection with various legal issues.
  • Case Comments: This section covers a technical piece of legal writing which delves deep into several layers of the case/legislation. You are required to peel these layers off to bring out the issues and analyze the significance of the case/legislation in the light of those issues.
  • Opinions: This section covers a written explanation by a scholar on any legal issues with the help of appropriate statutory provision or rulings of the court.
  • Book Review: This section covers a literary criticism in which a book is analyzed based on content, style, and merit.
  • Other Articles: This section covers short articles explaining various concepts of law and reporting of legal updates. Under this section we also cover law related career guidance articles.
  • Events: Under this section we list out latest events related to law and legal profession.
