ON STRENGTHENING PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY AND GOOD GOVERNANCE (5 January 2014)
Gujarat National Law University’s Centre for Constitutional and Administrative Law (CCAL) in collaboration with Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat, Government of Gujarat is organizing a pre-summit conference.
The conference focuses on how the present scenario of India can be improved by mainly on good governance and participatory democracy as its core issues. This conference has been aimed to produce a fruitful result by to identify the loopholes of existing system, and conducting an atmosphere which will be conducive for all to extend their horizons and learn something more on the world’s largest democracy.
Their two major themes of the conference:
- Participatory democracy
- Good governance, Principles, Practices and Perspectives
