This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have been instrumental in bringing to India its evolutionary journey and those who envisioned a new India, energised by the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, The Lex-Warrier: Online Law Journal, a peer-reviewed academic law journal invites short articles on the theme <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Spirit of Indian Constitution<\/strong><\/span>, for our 2022 edition under following sub-themes;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>India i.e., Bharat<\/li>\n<li>Atmanirbhar Bharat and Indian Constitution<\/li>\n<li>Secularism and religious fanaticism<\/li>\n<li>Changing dimensions of reservation policy \u2013 from caste to economic condition<\/li>\n<li>Freedom of speech and expression in the 21<sup>st<\/sup> century<\/li>\n<li>Idea of federal India and linguistic chauvinism<\/li>\n<li>Left wing radicalism and constitutional protection of religious belief in India<\/li>\n<li>Identity politics as a legal challenge to keep India united<\/li>\n<li>Indian knowledge systems and models of justice<\/li>\n<li>Journey from India to Bharat \u2013 A judicial trajectory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Word limit of each submission shall be limited to a maximum of 3500 words excluding footnotes.<\/p>\n<p>Author\u2019s are requested to refer the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/lex-warrier.in\/archives\/authors-handbook\">Author\u2019s Handbook<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>for submission Guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Articles along with abstract shall be submitted to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>editor@lex-warrier.in<\/strong><\/span> on or before <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>August 31, 2022<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive independent India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements.
