It was an appeal where the appellant sought for a copy of pre-thesis submission seminar details of a researcher<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jobsfindernow.com\/yasuneya_1150410\/\">\u305d\u306e\u4ed6 EBM 18-8 \u86c7\u53e3\u4ed8 \u30b9\u30fc\u30d7\u5bf8\u80f4\u934b 60 EBM-3589000<\/a>, copy of her thesis<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.immunohistochemistryprotocols.com\/racket_ynx-as-700-10\/\">[\u30e8\u30cd\u30c3\u30af\u30b9 \u30d0\u30c9\u30df\u30f3\u30c8\u30f3 \u30b7\u30e3\u30c8\u30eb]\u30a8\u30a2\u30ed\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5 700\uff0fAEROSENSA 700\uff08AS-700\uff09\u300e1\u7bb1\uff0810\u30c0\u30fc\u30b9\u30fb10\u672c\u30fb120\u7403\u5165\uff09\u300f<\/a>, all correspondence related to research work<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mcmom-ents.com\/toumeikan_abgc-kali-500600480\/\">\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30eb\u30d0\u30fc\u30c9\u30b2\u30fc\u30b8\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc \u3000\u89b3\u97f3\u958b\u304d\u5f0f\u3000W500\u00d7H600\u00d7D480\u3000\u5c0f\u30ef\u30a4\u30c9\u30bf\u30a4\u30d7\u3010\u9ce5\u304b\u3054\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u3001\u9ce5\u3001\u30aa\u30a6\u30e0\u3001\u30a4\u30f3\u30b3\u3001\u4e5d\u5b98\u9ce5\u3001\u5c0f\u52d5\u7269\u3001\u9632\u5875\u3001\u9632\u97f3\u3001\u4fdd\u6e29\u3001\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30eb\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u3001\u30d0\u30fc\u30c9\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u3001\u900f\u660e\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30eb\u677f<\/a>, rules and regulation of research work and related records<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.monterraaz.com\/mysportsnet_evn-egd271\/\">\u3010EGD271\u3011\u30a8\u30d0\u30cb\u30e5\u30fc\uff08EVERNEW\uff09\u4ea4\u63db\u888b  EGD261\u7528<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Appellant<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fitnesscatcher.com\/setomono_mgk-212073\/\">\u2606 \u7279\u9078\u76db\u8fbc\u76bf \u2606 \u83ef\u5510\u8349 \u9577\u89d2\u5927\u76db\u76bf [ 95 x 15.5 x 4.5cm 3100g ]  | \u76db\u308a\u76bf \u76db\u76bf \u4eba\u6c17 \u304a\u3059\u3059\u3081 \u30d5\u30eb\u30fc\u30c4\u76bf \u30d1\u30fc\u30c6\u30a3\u30fc \u30d1\u30b9\u30bf\u76bf \u98df\u5668 \u696d\u52d9\u7528 \u98f2\u98df\u5e97 \u30ab\u30d5\u30a7 \u3046\u3064<\/a>, while presenting her case before the Central Information Commissioner contented that<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.playrollercoastergames.com\/2017\/10\/22\/bemagical_17021305hk04780m50\/\">\u3010\u53d6\u5bc4\u305b\u3011 \u30c7\u30a3\u30ba\u30cb\u30fc Disney  \u8155\u6642\u8a08 \u6642\u8a08 \u3046\u3067\u3069\u3051\u3044 \u3068\u3051\u3044 \u30a6\u30a9\u30c3\u30c1 \u30e1\u30f3\u30ba \u5927\u4eba \u7537\u6027\u7528 [\u4e26\u884c\u8f38\u5165\u54c1] Invicta Disney Limited Edition Automati<\/a>, her co-researcher cunningly and without the knowledge or consent of the appellant submitted the work of the appellant as her work<a name=\"ahref\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cemenv.com\/ufuf_r-aaus-151bsd\/\">\u30ea\u30cd\u30f3\u30c1\u30a7\u30c3\u30af?\u7fbd\u6bdb\u5e03\u56e3\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8-\u30d9\u30c3\u30c9\u30bf\u30a4\u30d7\uff08\u30bb\u30df\u30c0\u30d6\u30eb\uff09<\/a>. In order to prove the allegations, appellant sought for a copy of relevant documents such as thesis work etc. However, the Public Information Officer rejected the claim on the ground of \u201c<em>third party<\/em>\u201d information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After considering arguments as well as the other facts in this case, Central Information Commission observed that, \u201c<em>one of the purposes of seminar of pre-submission and viva voce of Ph.D candidate is to ascertain whether research work of candidate is original and the work done by the candidate only. It is not third party information. Moreover, there is a public interest in knowing the originality of otherwise of the thesis, especially when a serious allegation of appropriating the research work is made by the co-researcher, it is the duty of the academic institution to clear the allegation after due verification<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Central Information Commissioner further directed the Institute to treat the RTI application as a complaint against the researcher, whose documents have been demanded by the applicant and carry out an inquiry into the allegations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Read the Full Judgment of <strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rti.india.gov.in\/cic_decisions\/CIC_SA_A_2014_001213_M_151171.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meeta Sharma v.
