It is essential to understand the pattern of CLAT exam, by all those who plans to attend the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexwarrier.org\/clat-2016-how-to-crack-clat-examination.html\">Common Law Admission Test<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Pattern of CLAT exam for LL.B<\/h2>\n<p>CLAT exam for the undergraduate program is for total marks of 200 marks; consisting of 200, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ\u2019s) of one mark each. Duration of examination is two hours. Different subject areas covered in the CLAT exam for the undergraduate program are; English including comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (including Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Subject wise marks weightage areas follows;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>English including comprehension:<\/strong> 40 Marks<\/li>\n<li><strong>General Knowledge and Current Affairs:<\/strong> 50 Marks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elementary Mathematics (including Numerical Ability):<\/strong> 20 Marks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal Aptitude:<\/strong> 50 Marks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logical Reasoning:<\/strong> 40 Marks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please note that, there shall be a system of Negative Marking, wherein 0.25 marks will be deducted for each of the wrong answer.<\/p>\n<h2>Pattern of CLAT exam for LL.M<\/h2>\n<p>CLAT exam for the post-graduate program is for a total of 150 marks; consisting of 150, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ\u2019s) of one mark each.Duration of examination is two hours.
