Scientific advancement in gene based technologies is advancing rapidly and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intellectualpropertyprimer.com\/genetically-modified-microorganisms.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">patenting of such inventions<\/a> becomes a major issue in the legal scenario as it has immense advantages and major embroilments.
