{"id":4136,"date":"2013-08-18T21:02:53","date_gmt":"2013-08-18T15:32:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lex-warrier.in\/?p=4136"},"modified":"2023-07-01T15:43:30","modified_gmt":"2023-07-01T15:43:30","slug":"justice-hidayatullah-memorial-national-moot-court-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lex-warrier.in\/archives\/justice-hidayatullah-memorial-national-moot-court-competition.html","title":{"rendered":"6th Justice Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot Court Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>(HNMCC) \u00a0[18<sup>th\u00a0 <\/sup>October 2013 to 20<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2013]. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6<sup>th<\/sup> Justice Hidayatullah Memorial National Moot Court Competition (HNMCC) on <b>Competition Law and International Trade Law<\/b> will be organized by Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur from 18<sup>th\u00a0 <\/sup>October 2013 to 20<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The competition is open only for bona fide students of recognized Institutions\/ Universities\/ Organisations who are currently pursuing their Bachelors degree in Law i.e. 3-Year LL.B. or 5- Year LL.B. Integrated Programme.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Registration:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Teams must confirm their participation by sending a scanned copy of the \u2018Registration Form\u2019 available at <a href=\"http:\/\/hnlu.ac.in\/home2\/up\/com\/hnmcc\/HNMCC_2013_Rules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/hnlu.ac.in\/home2\/up\/com\/hnmcc\/HNMCC_2013_Rules.pdf<\/a>\u00a0 -completely filled and duly signed by the Head of the Participating Institution to hnmcc@hnlu.ac.in latest by 11:59 pm on 15<sup>th<\/sup> September, 2013.<\/li>\n<li>No forms received after the deadline shall be considered for registration.<\/li>\n<li>In case of any changes in the team composition, in terms of the members, the same must be officially conveyed to the Organizers at the time of the formal registration.<\/li>\n<li>Formal Registration of the Participating Team(s) shall take place on 18<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2013, 1600 hours onwards at Hidayatullah National Law University, Uparwara, Abhanpur, New Raipur (C.G.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Demand Draft<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The selected teams shall be required to send the nominal registration fee of Rs. 2100 (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Only) though \u201cDemand Draft\u201d, drawn in favour of \u201cThe Registrar, HNLU Raipur\u201d payable at Raipur, to be received latest by the 22<sup>nd<\/sup> of September, 2013 at the address given below for correspondence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Note: Demand Draft should be sent through speed post only as the courier services are very poor at the address for correspondence).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Awards: <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I. Winning Team Award.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Winner\u2019s Trophy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Cash Prize of Rs. 25,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ii. Runner up Team Award.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Runner\u2019s up Trophy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Cash Prize of Rs 15,000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">iii. Best Speaker Award.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a.
